    I have been working at ENMAX full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Location, refreshed facilities, onsite amenities, exciting changes in the industry. The company enables people who demonstrate initiative and add value. There is a variety of interesting work available and opportunities to grow your skills.

    Cons

    Disconnect between senior leadership and front line employees. It feels like we are still to slow to move - speed and embracing ambiguity are critical competencies moving forward.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to focus on clear and timely communication on the "what" and "why" as things continue to unfold. Recent org changes and focus on the customer and culture support the emerging strategic objectives. Keep things moving in a positive direction!
