Dream TSX: DRM has grown a lot since we started in 1994, becoming one of Canada’s leading real estate companies with ~800 employees and approximately $14 billion of assets under management in North America and Europe. The scope of the business includes residential land development, housing and condominium development, asset management & management services for four TSX-listed funds, investments in and management of Canadian renewable energy infrastructure and commercial property ownership.

I have been working at Dream Unlimited full-time (More than 5 years)
We have a great team in our office! Wonderful support from the Head Office with training, looking to always grow the company and there is the option to voice your opinion and give things a try. Excellent salary (especially for where our office is located) and great Benefits.
Our office is a smaller team and there isn't much room to move up.
Advice to Management
I would like to see better tools as an administrator. For example, I would like to send my tenant a statement of their account and the only option to print from our program is confusing and lists many different charges. There has been improvements in this part of the job, however I think there is lots of room to grow.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Dream Unlimited (Toronto, ON) in March-2016.
First there was a phone screen, and then about two weeks later I had an in-person interview with my potential manager. It was a relatively seamless process and everybody was very friendly and professional.
