    - Very positive and encouraging environment

    Advice to Management

    - Favoritism is expected in corporate, but try not to be bias when people are trying to expand their careers

    I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Dell (Montpellier (France)).


    Premier contact par téléphone avec une chargée de rh, entretien téléphonique classique puis entretien physique dans les locaux de Dell à Montpellier. Enchaînement de 3 entretiens de 30 minutes avec des managers commerciaux différents. Durant l’un des entretiens il y a une simulation d’appel téléphonique visant à montrer notre démarche commerciale. Pour le reste c’est du classique. Les recruteurs sont sensibles à l’intérêt que l’on porte à Dell et leur activité alors montrer leur en posant des questions!
