I have been working at DNE Resources full-time (More than a year)
The company is getting a lot smarter in their decisions, budgets, pay structure, and overall direction. It's one thing to have a plan, and another thing to actually execute it. I'm optimistic and believe we will prevail. The staff is smaller, but more tight-knit which is kind of nice actually.
The company has downsized a lot, mostly due to the fact of losing key door to door campaigns due to government bans. It is a very stressful and tense environment right now, who knows what they will plan next.
Advice to Management
Talk to your staff, please. Good or bad, we need to know what's going on.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DNE Resources (Montreal, QC) in July-2016.
Sent in my C.V. and was contacted reasonably quickly. Set an appointment to be interviewed a day later. Met with the hiring manager for the sector I would be working in, asked a couple standard questions regarding previous work experience. Discussed what the job would entail. A few psychological questions to understand your temperament and then discussed how it would affect your job performance. Asked for 2 references and then said they would get back to me. Started to work there less than a week later.
