    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at DFO Global Performance Commerce in September 2020.

    Interview

    After applying online, I had an HR representative reach out to schedule an interview. The first email was a bit odd because she said she had tried to call me but I didn't pick up—I had no missed calls and we had nothing scheduled either. We then scheduled an interview day and time, but there was no note on how she would contact me, no calendar or zoom invite, nothing. I assumed she would just call my phone since it was in the signature of my email and she hadn't specified.

    In preparation, I read the reviews on Glassdoor and became a bit skeptical since the reviews are pretty bad. I figured I'd take the interview anyways to learn more about the position and when the time and date came, no one called... It was very unprofessional, disorganized, and also a waste of my time to prepare and then sit there waiting for a call that never came (no email either). Long story short, I'd just avoid them or at least their Vancouver office since they might schedule an interview and then ghost you the day of. Very bizarre. Same your time.
