    Pros

    Great coworkers, amazing discounts, fun environment, great for students looking for part time work

    Cons

    Hours not guaranteed, communication between management and employees is not always there, pay is quite low for a service industry job with no tips

    Advice to Management

    Make sure to train new hires properly. I’ve seen many seasonals thrown into work without being properly trained and sometimes standards are not met because of this.
