I worked at Crawford & Company full-time (More than 5 years)
Crawford is attempting to change in a shrinking market, so there is certainly opportunity. There are lots of good people around the organization who mean well.
Crawford is a legacy industry and continues to behave in a cost-cutting will save us mentality. While there is lots of new senior leadership, there are still management teams that have been unchanged in years and years. Messages from the CEO/COO sound optimistic, but actions don't support the words.
I applied online. I interviewed at Crawford & Company.
Easy. Barely asked any questions. Receptionist was really friendly but read bad reviews of this company online so was hesitant to come. Seems like it may be cheap place to work as it was part time position and advertised benefits on jib ad and then I was told it was a 6 months probation period.
