Advice to Management
In seeing most of the low ratings, they are either one of two things: 1) that have been part of the restructuring 2) or long term employees who have left that cannot deal with changes.
The CPG world is fast changing. Cut costing and working efficiently is the new world order. It is just not at Conagra!
To management, maintain the non monetary incentives for current employees to keep morale up.
Project managers need to elevate their roles to police timelines and tasks. It makes people accountable for to ensure nothing gets delayed.
Attract better talent, long term fit and avoid hiring fast to solely fill a role.
Cutting costs? No longer providing lunch after townhall vs. Private jets/new high tech office?? Please quantify the actual dollar savings without reducing morale with employees.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Conagra Brands (Toronto, ON) in September-2017.
The interview process was quick, smooth and a positive experience. I applied online, was contacted by HR for a 20 min phone interview, following by an in-person interview with some senior brand managers and HR manager. The actual interview was very standard - about 5-6 standard behavorial questions, followed by a few follow up questions.
