Great well known household brands
Flex hours that are actually implemented
Above the average industry standard salary
Good work life balance

No international employee exchange programs
Weak in utilizing resources from different global markets
Advice to Management

The CPG world is fast changing. Cut costing and working efficiently is the new world order. It is just not at Conagra!
To management, maintain the non monetary incentives for current employees to keep morale up.
Project managers need to elevate their roles to police timelines and tasks. It makes people accountable for to ensure nothing gets delayed.
Attract better talent, long term fit and avoid hiring fast to solely fill a role.
Cutting costs? No longer providing lunch after townhall vs. Private jets/new high tech office?? Please quantify the actual dollar savings without reducing morale with employees.
