Great team members, and excellent training..

Everytime they get new hires out on floor, they move people that have been there for awhile to a completely different desk without even bothering to tell you. Beware of missing too much time, and pray you don't have a death in the family.... It

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CoWorx Staffing (Watchung, NJ (US)) in March 2013.

I applied online through, and then called the number that was listed on the ad. I left 2 messages for the hiring manager, then I received a call from a receptionist that gave me very detailed information about the job duties. She also conducted a "phone interview" that she claimed that I passed. I was initally confused, because I didn't know that receptionists conduct interviews. She then asked me when I would be able to come in to meet face to face with the hiring manager, I scheduled my interview. It was about a week away. When I got to the building, I was greeted by the receptionist, she was very nice and pleasant. She then took me to the manager's office. The manager asked me very basic, customer service oriented questions. The interview went well, except the fact that at the end of the interview, she asked me if I were applying to other positions elsewhere, or if CoWork was my only option. She caught me completely off guard, since I have never been asked that before. I had to think quick, so I replied "No, this is the only place I have applied". She seemed pleased with my answer. She told me that I would receive a call from her in about a week regarding the next steps. Exactly a week later, I received an email basically saying "thanks, but you weren't selected". I was initially disappointed, but I soon got over it, because I was in fact applying for other positions elsewhere. I was just very confused, why would any employer think that just because you're interviewing with them, that you aren't or will not interview with anyone else? This is not the job market where we can put all of our hope in one job coming through for us. If they can interview multiple applicants, then what's wrong with applicants applying to other jobs?
