    I have been working at CloudCall full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Look, we're in a pandemic right now. How a company treats it's employees NOW shows the company's true colors. Luckily, I can say CloudCall has risen above to provide it's employees with a sense of well-being and positive change moving towards the future.

    - Generous vacation policy (for when we can actually start vacationing again!)

    - Good base pay - Comp plan is about to be restructured so the rep's commission rate isn't determined by total discount rate.

    - New C level at the top has seen the need for change in certain areas and will hopefully set the spark for those positive changes. I'm hopeful.

    Cons

    - The reviewers who mentioned that the UK and US teams are siloed are true, but it's more of a cultural thing than anything else. I've personally worked with the implementation team on deals and they are ALL amazing, well-versed, and extremely knowledgeable.

    - That said, the implementation process can be MUCH more streamlined so that there is a little more load taken off the sales rep. Currently, there is a "solution" that needs to be completed within the CRM which includes adding ALL the anticipated users. Imagine this process for a larger Enterprise sized deal.

    Advice to Management

    - Continue to listen to employee feedback and enacting positive change.

    - Please streamline the implementation process. There are too many steps that fall onto the sales rep’s lap. Admin work takes away from prospecting time.

    - Please increase ad spend (ie. When someone searches for "CTI" on Google) so prospects can find CloudCall while searching the internet. Or, either work on organic search if ad spend isn’t an option. This will lead to more inbound leads which is what the team really needs.

    Interview

    Standard interview however one of the worst post-interviews as they never replied even when chased. I was told by the recruitment manager they will call back with feedback but never did. Countless emails but no reply.
