Approves of CEO

I have been working at Clio full-time for more than 3 years

The people and culture is the best I have ever experienced.
Growth is everywhere, you really can do the best work here with so much room to move up.
Benefits are top notch.

Salaries vs. the level of work that is needed to be done on this rocket ship of a company are not equal.

I applied online. I interviewed at Clio (Canada)

    3 interviews in total

1-phone screening with HR & introduction
2-zoom conference with tech manager, talk about your exprience
3-There are 4 parts in the final interview, 4 hours in total.
3.a-pair programming, not hard. Just read the requirement carefully and don't make things unncessarily complicated, don't be nervous.
3.b-talk about the project/issue you worked on/solved that you are most proud of. Organize your points around WHEN, WHAT, HOW, WHY.
3.c-leadership interview. mostly talk about how you work with others and how you behave in certain scenarioes.
4.d-chatting with a senior manager. nothing technical, more about your own life exprience/values/visions.

Nothing really hard in particular, just prepare well ahead. With that said, the how process is not an easy one. So be prepared.
