   I applied through an employee referral The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Clinical Research Dental Supplies and Services (London, ON) in Jul. 2022

   Interview

   The interview was conducted first by via a short telephone call, followed by a scheduled zoom meeting as well as 2 physical interviews. during the interview with the hiring manager via zoom, she attested to the fact that i was suitable for the position but complained about my ACCENT. she scheduled another interview in person with the supervisor/ inside sales manager. i was told i was the candidate they wanted as they both gave me a thumbs up but the hiring manager still complained about my accent in which the manager said she does not have an issue with my ACCENT as she could hear me loudly and clearly. I was later schedules for another physical interview with a notice of not up to 24 hours to meet with the regional manager. the interview went well, but the hiring manager was asking some personal questions and questions outside the scope of the job and said her issue is that she feels i was overqualified for the job even though beyond doubt i was able to convince her. This process took about 2 weeks. I was later called to be informed that i was not given the job due to my accent. I was really devastated because of the whole interview stress, it affected my mental health a lot.

   situation analysis involving deescalation of complains, teamwork, customer service, educating customers, i was sslo asked if i had any child as well as if my spouse was working, i w as asked questions about being a dentist and my dental skills which is not neccessaru for the customer service position
