I applied to the university via email. After I emailed my resume and cover letter, I spoke with the Head English Professor on the phone before interviewing on campus. I was basically hired before I met him. I met with the Korean Professor who was over the English Department for international teachers and then later with the Head English Professor.InterviewHow do you get students to communicate in English when your class size is 40?
