    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CSI Healthcare IT (Houston, TX (US)) in March-2014.

    Interview

    Phone interview with immediate supervisor and his manager. They reviewed my IT background and gave me a general idea of the position. They went into specifics since this was going to be my direct report's first supervisor assignment. It also involved putting together a new team. Personalities and chemistry were important with a 24 hour on call rotation.
