    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brokerlink (Edmonton, AB) in September 2011.

    Interview

Was contacted via phone for a face-to-face interview, met with the human resources representative and the department team lead. The human resources representative was very relaxed and friendly. Was asked standard behavioral and situational questions, and was not asked any extremely complex questions. Was told I would be contacted the following week whether I was the successful candidate or not and was via a phone call.
