I have been working at Broadsign full-time

    Pros

I joined Broadsign at the onset of the pandemic and never even had the opportunity to set foot in the office. Nevertheless, the company was quick to adapt to the realities of working from home and did a phenomenal job of making me feel like a part of the company despite having never met my team.

    Cons

On the programmatic side, there is technical dept that needs to be addressed. Management does not seem to value the need to refactor the existing code base enough.
