Pros

I guess it’s the on-site gym.

Cons

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brayman Construction (Saxonburg, PA)

    Interview

I had two interviews. The first was with the owner and a senior manager which went well.

It turns out that mine was to be a new position at the company so I was invited back to meet a whole room full of managers and superintendents that I would be working with.

That ‘round table’ also went well and I was offered the best job I’ve ever had.

Jobs are what you make of them. I’ve ran with this one and am still enjoying it.
