I have been working at Booster Juice full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some pros I believe to be true can be found listed here; you get one free smoothie during your shift, you learn to become an excellent multitasker, you learn how to make a delicious smoothie or juice, and you gain quality customer service skills.

    Cons

Long hours standing, unlovingly busy, making orange juice if your store has the older orange juicer, cutting wheatgrass, it's a very easy job tbh.

    Advice to Management

Bring back some form of loyalty card, I heard there used to be a loyalty program like that once upon a time ago.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Booster Juice.

    Interview

E-mailed in my resume after seeing an ad online and got an e-mail back around 2 weeks later saying that there would be a drop in interview. The interview lasted no more than 10 minutes asking very basic interview questions. Shortly after I was e-mailed again asking a few more questions about availability and stuff like that followed by an offer for the position.
