I have been working at BookNet Canada full-time

    Pros

Knowledgeable, helpful, and kind coworkers. Great work-life balance. No politics. Just a great place to work.

Also fun outings like baseball games, movies, festivus/holiday activity and dinner.

    Cons

Open-concept office. An adjustment if you've never worked in one, but it's generally quiet and not disruptive.
