An organization that promotes performance based recognition (yes we work hard.. we're an extremely high output (high energy :) ) organization)
Ambitious, engaging and rewarding agency culture (work hard, play hard)
Places significant emphasis on people
Work life balance (not saying it's a negative necessarily but more so those who truly thrive in and embrace the culture likely have a different definition of work life balance :) )
Too many meetings (best intentions and I have confidence that we're continuing to work through best/most effective way to work/deliver while balancing optimal productivity and efficient communication)
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Bond Brand Loyalty (Toronto, ON) in September-2017.
Totally disrespectful company. Had to review a company and create a digital presentation to make recommendations on how to improve their digital space. Had multiple interviews and reached out for a status update several days after the final interview. No response, instead they reposted the job. IMO they just want free info to service their clients. Would not recommend them as a consultant nor an employer based on how they treat people.
