Advice to Management
Greater communication among other teams working on big client projects could make us all more efficient and help us learn about the tools, best practices and other methods being used organizationally. A time log entry in EP for learning and brainstorming on an overall level.
The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Bond Brand Loyalty (Mississauga, ON) in May-2013.
Sent in a resume - no acknowledgment of receipt. Followed up in 2 weeks and they (People and Values) confirmed - said they would get back. Nothing for 3 months. I called back - and I got a follow up call almost the next day. Long interview process, many levels - they didn't ask the right skill questions but focused on culture fit a lot. Met 5 (five!!) people. They made an offer two weeks later.
We are proud to wish our courageous team of 20 well as they travel to Ecuador with Free The Children, Me to We! After months of fundraising and preparation, our team is taking a hands on approach to giving back and helping out our global community!
