    Pros

Free lunch on Tuesdays. Liberal work from home policy. All-you-can-drink Christmas party.

    Cons

Extremely political environment. Counterproductive culture of covering up mistakes rather than learning from them. Upper management falls back to the company value of assume positive intent (aka whoops) when their plans go astray and employees are negatively affected. Management frequently asks "what can we do better", yet nothing actually happens. Various conflicts of interest like hiring friends without prerequisite skills and turning a blind eye to protected employees abound. Pay is 20% below market rate in the Bay Area for similar engineering roles.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Boku (Mumbai (India)) in July 2016.

    Interview

First round is a skype round in which you will be given a problem statement to solve.

They will give you a graph (od nodes) you have to find the possible paths given start node and end node, you are also expected to take care of cyclic routes so that program does not go into infinite loop.

You need to use recursion so make sure you are prepared for it.
