I have been working at Boku full-time

    Pros

    - Friendly people, great office, believe in good engineering and coding practises.
    - Good opportunities to branch out and learn new things as team is small and you get to work on multiple things. You can always voice your opinion and ask to work on interesting things.
    - Great work culture, flexible hours, weekly lunches and some fun outings.

    Cons

Not much that I can think of. But since the company culture places responsibility and trust in employees it can be misused sometimes by some. But overall people are respectful and prompt.

    Advice to Management

Always scope for Management to improve communication with employees and be transparent about future projects and plans.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Boku (Mumbai (India)) in July 2016.

    Interview

First round is a skype round in which you will be given a problem statement to solve.

They will give you a graph (od nodes) you have to find the possible paths given start node and end node, you are also expected to take care of cyclic routes so that program does not go into infinite loop.

You need to use recursion so make sure you are prepared for it.
