I worked at Boku as a contractor

    Pros

Nice office with almost all friendly people. Good technical infrastructure. Small company so not a lot of bureaucratic procedures. Catered lunches 1 or 2x per week. Good coffee.

    Cons

Some teams seem to be overloaded and working a lot of overtime and there is some burnout. Some managers are a bit pompous.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Boku (Mumbai (India)) in July 2016.

    Interview

First round is a skype round in which you will be given a problem statement to solve.

They will give you a graph (od nodes) you have to find the possible paths given start node and end node, you are also expected to take care of cyclic routes so that program does not go into infinite loop.

You need to use recursion so make sure you are prepared for it.
