The structure of the company is still improving, reputation still establishing although seems to be growing in the right direction

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at BlueDot in July 2020.

    Interview

I heard from the recruiter quite promptly after submitting my resume. Their initial email had conflicting messages where it asked me for available slots for a zoom call, and then asked me for a phone number to call me at. The recruiter did not take any of my suggestion for timeslots and sent out a meeting invitation for a time that did not work. That was my first two hints that they may be disorganized. The initial call was pleasant and after asking a few questions I decided it wasn't a fit for me.
