Poor management and highschool like mentality. Some of the leadership in the customer service area a group of friends who only prompt those who kiss their butts. The run departments when in actuality half of them are not even qualified to do so.
Advice to Management
Focus on the people who actually do the job and get their insight. Work on making morale and the work environment better. Understand that your human resource is the MOST important resource you have!
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (Topeka, KS (US)) in September-2016.
Detailed but casual. They asked fair questions and were very detailed about the job details. For such a big organization, the process was great. I have not received an offer as of yet but it is still early.
