    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bison Transport (Canada) in May 2023

    Phone screen with the recruiter and online video interview with the hiring manager. It was fine, standard interview process, mostly standard questions. They really tried to get into the weeds of how you work and how you want to be managed which was good. They ghosted after the second interview despite saying you would hear back regardless of the result.
