And as a result, we get to see the changes in ourselves and the world around us- which is something that a lot of industries do not offer. Why Barratt Developments Plc? With me being a construction graduate I wanted to go to an employer which supports women in construction and to progress into senior roles, which Barratt definitely does. Share some life advice: Never be afraid to ask how and why other people do their jobs. Understanding the logistics of how others work aids your own learning and management skills.
