I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at BP (London, England (UK)) in September-2016.
Several steps, phone interview with HR, then with hiring manager and finally face to face interview with hiring manager and 2 other people. Last interview took 90 minutes - 45 min general questions,
+ comportemental questions followed by 45 min of technical questions
