    Pros

    - Great coworkers
    - The managers/executive director tend to be attentive to your needs
    - If you care about hunting and/or conservation, this is good place to work for

    Cons

    - They claim to be for conservation, but this is a hunter's club first and foremost
    - Lots of turnovers
    - Salary is fairly low even for a non-profit
    - You will need a car to work here as it is borderline Langley
    - There seems to be some disconnect between the staff and board of directors
