Amazing work-life balance, with management being very accommodating to time off and parental pickup / dropoff schedule. Teams are amazing, tons of communication, and plenty of expertise to learn from

Remore onboarding is still a challenge, as it is with most companies. That being said, they are very open to critique and clearly interested in gaining feedback to improve along the way.
