    Technical Sourcer Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Atrium (San Francisco, CA (US)).

    Interview

I was sourced by one of the recruiters at Atrium. We started out with a recruiter call, chatted about my professional experience and alignment with Atrium’s sourcer role. The recruiter had some great insight into the company culture and technology. I hadn’t heard of the company prior to our interview, but he definitely sold me on it after our call. I had an additional call with their Director and was moved to onsite. I met with some more of the recruiting team as well as one of their Engineering Managers. All lovely people! This was probably one of the best onsite experiences I’ve had. Great insight from the team and very friendly atmosphere. I moved to offer stage, but unfortunately the team didn’t have headcount allocated for this role by the end of my process. I still came out of it feeling very positive.
