There are some positives to working at this company but the negatives greatly out number them
I was very unhappy during my time at Artificial Solutions, as were a lot of my colleagues, many of whom were looking for new employment
In general I would recommend to everyone to always choose an employer where you can thrive and develop, in addition to being respected and supported by management - these are things which definitely not found at Artificial Solutions!
Advice to Management
Learn how to manage a company and treat your employees with respect!!
Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Artificial Solutions (Barcelona (Spain)) in July 2017.
Interview
I received an invitation to interview with HR. The interview was very basic and did not challenge my experience. I tried to give a better overview of my experience, but the recruiter was not interested. She told me that she will be leaving the company and I will have a followup interview with the hiring manager who was for 3 weeks on holidays. I was waiting 6 weeks until I asked for feedback and a date for the interview. After I inquired, they send me a standard rejection letter - no apologies, no explaination.
