    Application

    I applied online. I interviewed at Arctic Leaf (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2021

    Interview

    • I received an email from someone who signs up as Sabrina Saer Blanco calling me for a mandatory first phase of testing. The tests were psychological, profiling your temperament, ability to recognize emotions, and one of those basic IQ tests that look like something from the 70s-80s.

    • After answering the questionnaire, I got the following answer:

    (...)"Our team does not provide specifics for every applicant on reasons for rejection. The team processes thousands of applications every year and cannot communicate that level of detail. We appreciate your understanding."

    • Afterwards, (unfortunately), reading the privacy terms of use with regard to my information I realized that:

    1• They have my psychological data, such as my email and all the information on my resume;
    2• This content can be traded by third parties (other companies);
    3• All these personal ( including my psychological profile ) are collected and archived by a company called "Criteria". There is nothing I can do to stop them from using my information.

    • That is it, read the terms of use before taking any job interview tests.

    • I found the process especially obscure and disrespectful when it comes to privacy
    Interview

    • Are you an aggressive person? • Other people see you as a good person?
