Pros
I really appreciate the hybrid office/home work week, the transparency of the leadership team and the company culture. They even treat us to weekly meals and treats which is a nice perk! Above all - the people are great and I love having dogs in the office!
Cons
I work in sales which can have its stressful times (of course) - it's like sales at any company. Diversity and gender equality needs to improve but I also realize that our first couple of offices aren't exactly located in highly diverse areas... I know it's always on the leadership's mind but it could still improve.
