    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at AmerisourceBergen.

    Interview

After applying, I got an email for phone screening and was given a link to the HR's calendar to schedule the call. I opted for the immediate available slot, which is, a week later. On the interview day, I didn't receive the call. Hoping that it might be due to a unavoidable intervention, I dropped an email to the HR saying that I was not contacted and that the call can be rescheduled.

In addition to not receiving a response, 2 weeks later I get a reject email that I have not been selected for the position.

The whole process seemed like a joke. The firm should take time and reflect on the Human Resources ability to capture talent in the right manner. Overall, it was a very unprofessional behavior and a weird experience.
