    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Dental Partners (Wakefield, MA (US)).

    Interview

Phone Interview, then on site interview with four people one on one, Called back to interview with same 4 +1 person. Some of the people were unprofessional. They asked you your background in areas that were not part of the role. I was told that one of the interviewers never likes anyone (why have this person interview) and the same person didn't know the difference between Data Migration vs. Data Analysis. Do not waste your time with this company. After two on site interviews, all I got was an email response we have decided to move forward with other candidates.

    Interview Questions

    • Mostly background questions from your experience. Situational questions were used as well.   Answer Question

He continues to support key clinical initiatives that remain core to our culture including AAAHC accreditation, risk management & quality assurance.

  • New Hygiene Grad? What to look for in your first job! https://amdpi.blog/2019/04/12/new-hygiene-grad-what-to-look-for-in-your-first-hygiene-job/

Many new hygiene graduates are so eager to begin working after graduation, they run the risk of taking the first job opportunity that comes along. It is understandable to want to begin earning a paycheck and gaining experience as soon as that license is in your hand!
