Recent layoffs and Voluntary Retirement Package offers have thinned out the departments company wide. Taking a toll on remaining employees.
Advice to Management
Quality of work, moral and performance are at an all time low for the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Altice (New York, NY (US)).
Had a phone interview for a position that didnt have a job discription. I originally applied for another positon but that job was taken off the req. So the original recruiter mentioned another job with a different internal recruiter. Spoke to her for while with the usual initial interview questions. Like why you want to leave your current position and walk me through your previous jobs. She then gives me a very basic run down of the position like she didnt know what the position is and does. But she “claimed” she will speak with the hiring manager to get a real description of the duties and will “get back to me” its been three weeks and i have followed up several times with no reply. They have one of the worst recruitment people in this company.
