    Pros

Opportunity to work for a company that considers the environmental impact of developing natural resources. It felt good to work for such an organization.

    Cons

Fairly constant state of internal change. Some departments are much to work in than others. Some internal conflict between certain departments and team.

    Advice to Management

Enable the experts you hire to be the expert you hired them to be. There is also a culture of always having to look over shoulder and wondering if you have a job tomorrow.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Alberta Energy Regulator in February-2016.

    Interview

Excellent procedure! All was done by telephone since I was in a different city. The interviewers were 1 member of the HR team and 2 technical recruiters. Behavioural and technical question, nothing too difficult.
