    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at AlayaCare (Victoria, BC) in August 2020.


    Very quick interview process in terms of elapsed time, but still had 4 parts to the process. An initial phone conversation with the HR person, then zoom calls with people at various levels of the organization. Each stage was 30-60 minutes. Questions were mainly about background and previous jobs, trying to find out about knowledge and skills that fit what they need for this role, and general management and process philosophy and experience.
