I have been working at AlayaCare full-time (Less than a year)
It's been an absolute pleasure so far to be a part of the AlayaCare team and to work on such a meaningful product! The company is extremely diverse and the people are friendly, talented and humble. There is transparency across the board and a ton of opportunities for growth and learning as well as a good amount of flexibility. Communication with management is open and honest and the general atmosphere is very pleasant with time set aside for lunch and learns, ping pong and sharing a beer with colleagues at the end of the day. Overall, AlayaCare is a fantastic place to work, balancing hard work, rewarding challenges and fun in equal measures.
There aren't really any cons. The work can definitely be challenging but the general structure and atmosphere at Alayacare doesn't make it feel overwhelming.
