    Investor Relations Analyst Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Calgary, AB
    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ATCO (Calgary, AB) in February 2020.

    Interview

Horrible experience. No screening. Several unorganized emails requesting to come in for an interview. Surprise test. Announced will not know about results of interview for minimum of six weeks. Overly critical and degrading interview. Test was interrupted three times because the testing room wasn't booked. Completely unorganized.

    Interview Questions

    • Why is this one dash in your dates of employment a different size than the other? Look in this area, what do you see wrong with your resume? Why is your resume written like this? Why did you use this font and formatting? Why did you list this experience? Why didn't you list other experience you are referencing? Only answer the question I ask and do not add or delete any information. Do not go out of chronological order when answering a question. How are you going to handle criticism from multiple sources in this job?   Answer Question
