I have been working at A Thinking Ape full-time (Less than a year)
ATA's values (Ownership, Have Great Arguments, The best Ideas win, and Keep Growing) are not around just for display, but really embodied by every employees in ATA. On every level, everyone is passionate about their job and very respectful with one another. The people team is being very creative and thoughtful to make the healthiest work environment possible, and clearly it is succesful.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at A Thinking Ape in October-2012.
1. HR will call a phone interview and introduce their compamny
2. online coding 45 min, about data structure and algorithm, you can pick up the language. 2 problems and need to be tested online
3. school face to face coding, 2 algorithm questions and 1 system design question
4. it should be a onsite but they deicide to do that oncampus . about introduce of their company and their culture

Recent graduates account for a significant portion of our hires, and we credit this to our longstanding co-op program. We've said it before and we'll say it again: we are super invested in ensuring the time our co-ops spend with us is instrumental to their careers. A strong testimony to the strength of this learning experience is the talent pipeline it has created: nearly half of our current roster of software engineers began their ATA journey as a student.
