I applied online. I interviewed at A Thinking Ape (Canada)

    Interview

There were a total of 3 interviews which included the phone screening, 1 in-person interview and 1 immediately afterwards on Zoom with the CEO and additional person from the company.

After the phone screen, I had a take-home test which took approx. 8 hours to complete.
Interviewers were responsive to my emails and I didn't feel like they left me hanging.
    Interview

What if our most senior person insists that the windows be painted yellow? How will you handle that? What if I really wanted to bring my pet boa to work (knowing others are likely uncomfortable with it), how will you tell the person no or compromise? Describe your process for doing expenses at your previous job.
