I have been working at YMCA part-time (Less than a year)
Pros
They responded to me very quickly. I was treated vey respectfully the entire time and interviews were done in a very professional manor. The environment is very nice and the employees are great. Families enjoy coming to The Y.
Cons
Low hours, I only work about 8 hours a week. They did not have a uniform in my size, so I look a little weird walking around in a tshirt that's too big for me.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work, you're doing a great job with the facility.

Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at YMCA (Parkville, MD (US)) in June 2018.
Interview
Must have some a solid foundation in regards to knowledge about exercise sciences and some anatomy that could be useful with clients. Definitely should at least be familiar with the equipment on the floor.
