    I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at YMCA (Franklin, MA (US)) in March 2011.

    Interview

    Very laid back, i was 16 when i started and it was my first real job. It was with the direct supervisor and it did not take too long. since teenagers predominantly work there it was not very grueling or difficult to get the position as long as you had certifications up to date and didn't seem like a complete weirdo.
