Application
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at YMCA (Abingdon, MD (US)) in August 2015.
Interview
I met with the program director at the YMCA. We sat down and went over very basic but also very relevant interview questions. I was actually pleasantly surprised that the questions that were asked were very straight forward and obviously related to the job I was applying for. It was a low-key environment. We sat in the lobby of the Y just at a table and chairs near the information desk. The interviewer was very friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic about considering me for the job.
