    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at World Fuel Services (Miami, FL (US)) in February 2020.

    Interview

Interview process started with an email from recruiter explaining that they wanted me to come for an in-person interview. I interviewed with the director of Financial Operations, who was very nice and cordial. She proceeded to ask questions about my fit within the role an what I can bring to the table for the team. She advised me that they would have a decision by in less than 4 days, which was rather strange. I did not hear anything back from the company and I decided to follow-up with the recruiter to check the status of the hiring process. She never got back to me. I find this to be very unprofessional and this is an overall bad look for a Fortune 500 company that can't even advise their candidates that the job has been given to someone else.
