Weatherford Jane Lew, WV (US) isn't hiring right now. Check out all Weatherford jobs
I have been working at Weatherford full-time
Good benefits, good pay, company truck and fuel card, expense reimbursement,
Useless classes, lack of communication, lots of useless paper work, pay cuts, broken promises
Advice to Management
Quit taking money and adding more paper work.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Weatherford (Jane Lew, WV (US)) in March 2011.
Oilfield interviews are usually rather informal. I was working on location with other Weatherford personnel. I asked if they are hiring and he said yes and he gave me his coordinator's number. I called and answered a dozen questions, mostly relating to my oilfield experience. I didn't hear anything for a few months, then randomly the coordinator contacted me and asked if they (Weatherford) had offer me a job, I said no as if he thought he offered me a job already. Then we arranged for a more formal interview.
