Weatherford Bridgeport, TX (US) isn't hiring right now. Check out all Weatherford jobs
I worked at Weatherford (More than 5 years)
Pros
Weatherford has great pay and great benefits. The manager at Bridgeport was really easy to work for. Co-workers were easy to get along with.
Cons
Sometimes there is a lot of travel but it is the oil/gas industry so expect it. It has its ups and downs.
Advice to Management
It seems like there are some weird places you get to when someone has been there for a long time, strange folks that aren't very helpful have been around for too long with no reason to hire them but they still make a lot of money for seemingly no reason. I liked working for Weatherford but pretty high up, it gets clique-y.

Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Weatherford (Bridgeport, TX (US)) in December 2012.
Interview
I met with the District Manager, an out-of-town district manager, and the Lead Sales guy who was heavily involved with the management. They were friendly. I was asked about my background as far as employment, what I was able to do, where I was from, and what I was like. They were friendly and followed up with an offer very soon.
