    Interview

Interviewer and I had similar number of years of experience, he was IN3 or IN4 and he was interviewing me for IN5 role, so his insecurities kiced in and he started telling me that i should know what role i am applying for. In my current organization i am SE2 and my profile was shortlisted for IN5 role in walmrt. Interviwere told me that i should know that i am skipping a level in between and its a very senior role, have i read JD before applying. Don't know if they have some internal training for people who are interviewing or not. If not they should definitely start one.
