    Good market reputation and quality clients.

    Cons

    Leadership clashes and politics make it a toxic environment to work in. Ultimately it seems that you have to pick the 'right' side. Lack of clear strategy.

    Advice to Management

    Mentoring and encouragement is key to employee engagement. The in flghting and management struggles ruin a great opportunity for all.
