    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WTW (City of London, England (UK)) in June 2012.

    Interview

The hiring and interview process is 2 stage. The first is an interview with the Lead QA and Project Manager discussing your discussing the company's business, your CV/experience and then if you have any questions. The second interview is with the Lead QA and two QA analysts.

    Reasons for Declining

My potential manager (QA Lead) seemed lost at times and out of depth, I couldn't understand how and why he was in the position he was in - I felt I couldn't work with someone like that hence I declined.
