    Great place to move ahead if you're not afraid of doing some work.

    Cons

    Producers/revenue run the show. Management ignores unfavorable behavior when the offending party is tied to high revenue clients.

    Advice to Management

    Empower people to follow their org charts rather than having what seems like an array of bosses.
