I have been working at TD part-time (Less than a year)
-Very supportive coworkers.
-Management will lookout for you if you're willing to be a team player.
-Great place to learn.
-Good benefit packages even for part-time.
-Can be tough to please every customer when you work at a busy branch.
-Can be tough to meet sales goals if you are working a quiet branch.
-Online banking needs to be improved if TD wants to be America's most convenient bank.

I applied online. I interviewed at TD (Flushing, NY (US)) in July 2019.
Interview process was quite standard. The manager and head teller was there to ask me questions. They're all about customer service so smile a lot. The location I had interviewed had a lot of Chinese customers. Was told I'd use a lot of Chinese on the job.
